The best true Dover Sole I've had in the area!

Sunday evening I ate one of the most delectable pieces of fish I've ever had in a restaurant - the true Dover sole (called "true" because often sole in restaurants is actually flounder) at La Miche in Bethesda. Cooked to a perfect moistness, a nice size, with a light butter/lemon sauce and accompanied by good haricots verts, tomato concasse (a stewed tomato), and wild mushrooms - it was well worth the price of $32.95.
Other stuff we had which was good that evening was the smoked salmon gravlox appetizer and the profiteroles - though I actually prefer the profiteroles filled with pastry cream and covered in Belgian chocolate sauce at Cafe Europa in Bethesda. La Miche also makes a good Kir Royale (kir mixed with champagne).
