this may border on the heretical but I had a darn good pizza last night - from Cosi. Their basic tomato and mozz pie with chopped red onion. Had em cook it extra long like in New Haven. It came out nicely charred around the edges, and was good and oily too. A 7 or 8 on the Pepe's scale. A bit small for the price, but like I say, a solidly-good pie.
a good thing to know if you live in an area where Cosi/Xando is sprouting like a caffeinated weed.
