Wow wow wow! Last night I went to this place and was amazed at the freshness of the food. The owners are clients of mine and I could tell that they were pleased that I finally came to eat there. It is a Creole- Haitian place that was beyond expectations.
I asked for them to choose a couple of appetizers for me as I wasn't familiar with their menu and they brought me 2 fried dishes that were very savory and crispy, not oily at all. I wish I knew what they were because they were fantastic. One seemed to be potato and the other perhaps fish inside.
I ordered the goat and it was extremely tender which is not always sure to happen at places like this. The rice and gravy that came was delicious and the side of macaroni and salad was fine. The spicy sauce called ''picklies'' was nice and hot and spicy, just what I asked for. The fried plantains were juicy and mouth watering. I couldn't finish my plate and gladly brought the rest home. Can't wait to have it tonight.
They don't have a website but trust me it is an excellent restaurant. Their menu is large and has seafood, chicken, pork, beef and goat as well as a lot of other things I cannot wait to try.
