And it's so easy! Here it is:
1 box French Vanilla cake mix, mixed according to package directions (egg, oil, etc.)
1 cup evaporated milk (split in halves)
1 cup whole milk (split in halves)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (split in halves)
Optional: whipped cream and chocolate syrup
Pour prepared cake mix into two brownie pans (8x8). Bake until JUST DONE or almost done. Take out of oven, and while HOT, poke holes in the cake with the back of a fork, and pour 1/2 of evaporated milk and whole milk over each cake. Then glaze over the top with 1/2 of the sweetened condensed milk over each cake. Bake for another 5-7 minutes.
Cool completely. Top with whipped cream. Sometimes I also put chocolate syrup on top. It's actually better the next day after refrigerating.
