traditional chinese buns

I know there are many fans of this restaurant on the board, so this may be old news to most but - their "chinese hamburger" and mutton shashlik are amazing! The "hamburger" is really shredded pork, nicely herbed with intense coriander, served between two pieces of dense pita-like hot bread. It's listed no. B1 on the menu. The shashlik is 6 small skewers of barbequed thin strips of meat, really spicy, the skin coated with cumin. Packs serious heat that spreads in your mouth, but still has lots of flavour. Both excellent snacks or small dishes. Since I am not familiar with Northern Chinese cuisine, Traditional Chinese Buns is extra fun for me, picking items randomly, anticipating new tastes. For those who have not yet been, you must!
