Easter dinner is coming up in my family, and I've been considering bringing a tourtiere to dinner as it's the one recipie I have a firm grasp on making, and I think it'd be a fun dish to serve.
Problem being, we're going to my parents. I don't know what else they're serving, but they asked I bring a side dish. Would the tourtiere be considered a side dish? I can make the argument for both it being and not being a side dish, but that's left me at a cross road.
What's your opinions? Would this be a good side dish or should I head back to the drawing board? Thanks in advance for the help.
