What to do with tough skirt steaks

I bought some skirt steaks from Costco to make skirt steaks with chimichuri sauce but the steak was so tough and chewy that my face muscle still hurts from chewing it. I have half of the raw steak left. What should I make with them? I am not too familiar with skirt steak though I guess I can make beef jerky with it.
