Serious Toronto hound seeking help with lunch and dinner outside of Orlando theme parks.

Sick of this prolong frigid weather, our party of 4 is planning a short impromptu trip down to central Florida. We are all avid foodies and are seeking help with the following:

- Best Southern Fried Chicken in the Orlando area. So far, from the Sentinel and other food blogging sites, possible candidates include, Mason Jar, Chef Eddies, Publix, and Olde Dixie....etc
Which of these is the chowhound favorite?! Though grease-less crispiness is essential however, complex seasoning and taste of batter and meat are equally important!

- Debating TXOKOS vs RUSTY SPOON for one decent seat down dinner that is not too seafood focus. Welcome also other recommendations except for Oriental and Cuban cuisine. Also, would like to know "average price per person for food only" at the above two captioned places ( since no mentioning of price on websites ).

- Lastly, we all love Floridian Grouper and other tropical fishes. Hence recommendation of an establishment offering great, tasty preparation of seafood and fish dishes are most welcome. Need not be fancy fine dining. Just looking for lovingly prepared and slightly more sophisticated food.
