It is really late, and I can't collect my thoughts. My son is home from college, just long enough to go to his favorite restos in Napa and San Francisco, and is exclaiming about the sex/murder theme, while wreaking mayhem on Halo 4.
I tried to watch Battle of The Sous Chefs just before, and episode 4 was already there, and sort of ruined it for me. Oh well.
But how about that duck press?
So in this episode, there is the contrast between the beginning and the end.
Bryan spends time in jail because of his sous chef, again seems amazing, but is neither bottom nor top.
In addition to sex and murder there is talk of soap operas and greed. Looks like they are sorted to teams, like when they pull knives, but instead, they are sorted to compete.
Sang wins the quickfire; are we surprised? (I LOVE larb!), and the money, but ends up on the bottom of a challenge, presumably because of lost time because his sous chef was at the bottom. Lynn has immunity because of her sous chef, but ends up at the bottom because of her own performance.
Hugh explains it better.
