On the recommendation of a friend of ours we tried Top Cafe in Milpitas for a type of large won tons (water dogs) with "fish skin" wrappers.

I find them just great we got about 12 dumplings a clear soup for 5.00. The dumplings had lots of shrimp but the main ingredient was lean pork. The only drawback was the soup was too salty.

But what most interesting was the bake meat and rice cassaroles. They look even better. They looked like that I could make a two meals out of it. They were about $6.00 each. I saw baked pork chops and seafood. It was also served with a bowl of soup.

If you plan to go, get there early. The place was full by 11:30 AM. When we left at 12:20 or so there were four to five groups waiting for tables outside.
