What to do with a ton of peach jam?

magnoliasouth | May 20, 201501:20 PM     64

This is the first year I'm harvesting peaches from my dwarf peach tree. It has already put out tons of peaches (well not tons, obviously, but a lot). The first 7 lbs harvested I canned into jam. My freezer is full so I didn't have a lot of choice.

I thought surely there must be some ideas of what to do with it, besides spreading it on bread or biscuits. I read where one woman figured out a sweet and sour sauce, but unfortunately she didn't post the recipe.

I'm not very creative and am a strict recipe follower. I'm hoping some of you experts have some great ideas. I love just about anything so long as it isn't terribly labor intensive. I'm a lazy bum most of the time. lol!
