Tomatoes--Garden Fresh/Roasted/Pureed....Ideas?

Last August I roasted and ran some of my home grown tomatoes through a food mill (40 pounds worth, reduced to about 18 cups).

Usually I make Roasted Rosemary Tomato Bisque, but was wondering if anyone had any other (not sauce) ideas for the tomato puree? (A *unique* tomato soup?) Note: Eight of the cups are a *beautiful*/sweet yellow tomato puree--any ideas for this?
