Just back from Barcelona where we twice had tomato bread which we heard locals asked for instead of regular bread with meals. We had two versions, both essentially a grilled flatish bread rubbed with olive oil and tomato. Have been looking for it ever since. Anyone heard of something like it being served at a Catalan restaurant in SF? Also a dish with what appeared to be short broken strands of spaghetti with seafood in a sauce and served with aioli and romesco sauce on the side.
