So, last summer I did a bit of gardening, and stupidly planted four tomatillo plants. I harvested about 25 pounds of the damned things by the end of the season, before I gave up and just ripped the plants out.
I canned 12 quarts of roasted tomatillo salsa. I ate a few pots of posole. I gave many away. I still have several half-gallon bags full of the stupid things in my freezer, waiting to be used.
I hate to waste food but I'm sick of looking at them and having them take up room in the freezer. Help! Tell me some delicious and wonderful things to do with them.
