Tokyo Sushi-ya with no cancellation policy (hotel requirement)

Knightelf | Mar 10, 201512:47 AM

Hi all,

I will be visiting Tokyo in May and am looking to have 1 high end Sushi meal. Unfortunately, the hotel I am staying at does not do reservations at restaurants with a cancellation charge.

The ones I had my heart set out were:

Tokami (I am a massive tuna fan)

Out of the above choices, only Saito doesn't have a cancellation policy, so I have asked my hotel to make a booking on 1 April. I have offered to provide credit card details, but I haven't heard back from the hotel yet.

I am looking for a couple more options in case Saito is full (which is probably quite likely).

Any ideas as to which other "high end" sushi places might not have a cancellation policy?

Thanks in advance!
