Tojiro Scissor

mobiledynamics | Jul 8, 201807:41 AM     1

Bit the bullet and ordered a pair. Have looked at the Tojiro scissor for quite some time now - got tired of the CEO asking me to help cut the back out of birds.

Years ago, I had a wusthof. It was meh...returned it
Been using just a pair of Kershaw shears for the task.

I've held off on buying any kitchen scissor or dedicated poultry scissor mainly as I felt a good scissor should be huge and long - aka, leverage. Then again, as a terrible analogy, I think of something like aviation snips, anvil pruners - with pivot points, etc and how said tools have the bite. So I held off thinking one day I will find something better than the famed Tojiro scissor...

Gave up on the homework and just Primed it.
So tell me fella's, do you have a good/great poultry scissor.
