I made a crab dip for NYE with A pound of Phillips lump crab meat and have almost all of it leftover! What can I do with this? Freeze it? It has cream cheese, mayo and a little sour cream and jack and cheddar cheese in it (and spices). It’s very rich and there was so much other food that hardly any of it was eaten. I hate to waste this. I wish I had just used the crab as a cocktail! Ugh! Thanks!
