Tip for linking to Instagram photos

With many restaurants and food purveyors using Instagram as their social media outlet, and often times the only one, I like to link to one of their posts as a way of adding a photo to what I post here. When I started doing that, we soon learned that the emojis caused the Chowhound software to crash and lose most of what I'd typed.

But then I tried publishing the post first, then editing in an Instagram post to the website link field. And somehow that works. You can see it in the link for this example post, "Bakers Against Racism - Silicon Valley", and you should take a look at the "marble cakes" that are so beautiful and unlike my previous idea of what a marble cake would be.
