Hi - I need to bake a cake for a Halloween thing at the church this Friday. Cake is due to them by 5PM so I really need to make the cake the night before and possibly have someone else deliver it to them in the AM. So, what kind of frosting works best for keeping overnight? Also, can I make the cake and frost and just leave out overnight (covered) without it going dry? I'm guessing the fridge would be the worst thing for the cake as it would make it dry... any suggestions?
