Times Irish Pub

Hi All,
Has anyone been to the Times Irish Pub in the Financial District somewhere?

I had their chowder at the Chowder-fest this year, and liked it the best (though there were disappointingly few places to taste this year). The chowder was not too thick and more liquidy, which is how I like it. Was just wondering how the rest of their food was, and what kind of place it was, although I think the trip may be worth it for me just for the chowder.
