First Time To Vancouver -- Advice Needed

Hi all,

I'll be skipping up to Vancouver for a few weekdays when I go to visit family/celebrate my birthday on the West Coast in a few weeks. Thanks to you 'hounds I'm happy with the lineup of places I'd like to eat. I've stolen the idea for a Boneta/Chambar and izakaya crawl, but I am wondering if

(a) I should split up Chambar and Boneta to separate nights, since the buzz seems to be uniformly positive.

or

(b) keep the crawl and add another place to the roster

I was thinking of adding a seafood joint. Go Fish is already on the roster, but I would love to hear about other places. I won't be in the West/Lumiere budget bracket, but I won't need to dine at Tim Horton's either. I'll be solo (damn people having jobs!), so bar dining or inconspicuousness is highly prized.

Any words of wisdom?
