Tijuana: Good restaurants, especially seafood

spunkymunky | Sep 9, 201708:27 PM     2

Query: I have a day and night for Tijuana. I want to check out nice restaurants. I hear it's a great city outside of the tourist zones. And I LOVE seafood. I'm hosting in-laws, so I'd like the restaurant to be nice. It doesn't have to be luxurious but it has to be nice.

Background: I lived in San Diego for a year. But all I knew of Tijuana was the drinking zones...which I stopped going to because it just was a bad scene. I don't really want to do that kind of thing this time. I hear there's great diversions in this rather important, cosmopolitan Mexican city. I also speak fluent Spanish. So, I feel totally comfortable getting around.

Any suggestions for great places would be much appreciated!
