I want to sell chocolate chip cookies here in our office. I'm thinking of using "The Chewy" recipe by Alton brown, but I've read somewhere that the recipe will produce cookies that tastes great but not appetizing to look at (browner than usual). I want to sell cookies that are chewy (will stay that way after several days), not overly sweet and looks good enough to sell. Has anyone tried the Cook's llustrated recipe? Is it better than Alton Brown's? Please help!
