best thai duck curry -- St. Paul/MSP

Hi --

I'm looking for a good Thai-ish roast duck curry in the Twin Cities. Here's what I like: a duck curry with lots of duck meat and a healthy helping of duck skin and fat, with plenty of veggies in it (carrots, pea pods, pineapple, maybe tomato, broccoli, bamboo shoots, basil... one version I like, from Ruby of Siam in Evanston, IL, even has grapes!). The sauce should make plain rice taste good. I don't like, for instance, the duck curry at Taste of Thailand (Selby Ave). Last time I had it, at least, there wasn't all that much duck, no skin, and the only veggie was a chunk of anemic, soft tomato. Authenticity is not as important to me in this as the comfort-food aspect :)

(My archetypal duck curry favorite is the one from President Thai in Pasadena, CA, if that means anything to anyone.)
