i have never been there, but i know about the whole 'no substitutions' policy. just wanted to check, if someone is lactose intolerant, does that basically mean they have to stick with whatever on the menu has no cheese? e.g. no pizzas at all? seems like a bummer, since it seems their pizzas are supposed to be good...
