This is my first post and just to let you know I enjoy reading restaurant reviews and check out where people are eating and new findings in Montreal. I love to eat.
I miss Katsura restaurant which was on Mountain. Now occupied by Sakura. I especially miss the teriyaki sauce, thick, sweet/salty and delicious. Does anyone know of the recipe for this particular sauce or knows of a good recipe which can come close? I've checked online and haven't found a decent one yet. My favorite restaurants as of late are: Baton Rouge, Mikasa (for sushi), La Cantina. I defiintely have to try Au Pied du Cochon, can't wait. Thanks.
