Tenderloin/Filet Mignon

Does anybody know of a butcher who has tenderloin (or filet mignon)? From what I understand, it is difficult to remove the vein through this piece, and therefore difficult to kosher and even more difficult to find a butcher who will do it! I am looking for a butcher/grocery in the NY/CT area.
