What temperature do you like your meat deli salads?

All the "definition of a salad" talk made me wonder about my favorite temperature for meat deli salads. Tuna, chicken, crab, shrimp salads I prefer slightly chilled but out of the fridge for 20 minutes or so to get some of the cold off. SO likes them pretty much room temperature, mom loves them freezing right out of the fridge. Do you have a preferred temperature for deli salads?
