Going to be in Temecula this weekend and am looking for a nice dining experience Saturday night. We will be celebrating a birthday and it may be one of the last opportunities for my sister, wife and I to share a meal with our rapidly aging mother.
I am thinking about the seafood restaurant at Pechanga or possibly their steakhouse. I may also consider the restaurant at the Temecula Creek Inn. Primary criteria: Good food, fish for my dietary restrictions, other options for non-fish eaters.
Please help a hungry 'hound who doesn't get a really houndish meal very often (because he is on The Liquid Diet.)
Any reccos on a nice wine tasting room, preferably at a winery that is heavy on sweet as opposed to dry wines (I know, I know, we are wine hicks) would also be appreciated.
