I see that Boyd's is the US contact and have sent them an email, but I was unable to find any other specifics as far as actually getting one of these serviced or even troubleshooting the problem. How annoying.
If anyone has any experience with having one serviced or advice about how to fix, I'd love to hear it. (I have the CDT) The unit was working fine up until a few days ago when it got sidelined because my grinder broke. Fortunately THAT was an easy fix by ordering and installing a new gear. I was so excited about the return of good coffee this morning...but no. Now no makie. CURSES.
