Another poster reminded me that my beloved source for pitas on Snelling has been gone for quite awhile now.
I had to buy a bag at Whole Foods the other day made by the place on Central in Mpls.
Is there another, better source? Has anyone tried baking falafel instead of frying it? I just read about baking instead and can't imagine that it would taste the same. By the way, pitas freeze very well.
