Help on tasting menu sequence

I'm making my honey a 5-course Valentine dinner, and I'm not sure of the sequence (soup before cold appetizer? before hot appetizer?)

Here's the menu, comments on sequence (as well as dishes) are welcome:

Amuse-bouche of salmon mousse
Butternut squash soup with ginger and basil oil
Smoked Salmon plate
Mushroom stew under puff pastry hats
Roasted Miso White Salmon over bed of sesame spinach
Warm chocolate molten cakes

And yes, there's salmon everywhere, that's his favorite thing in the world and he'll choose monotony over variety when it comes to salmon.
