Someone gave me a big squash that I baked. It was dark green w/ a flatish bottom and slightly pointed top. I cooked it and thought it might taste a little like pumpkin but found it to be very bland. Can I do anything with this? I think I've seen chai breads in the past, wondering w/ enough spice and sugar if the body and texture of this thing would be suited for something like that. Any other ideas? Thanks.
