Recently I've rediscovered tapioca. Did a search and found a posting of a tapioca recipe request, but it did not get many responses. So I am trying again, hoping for better luck.
So far my favorites are:
1. Tapioca pudding on box of Minute Tapioca
2. Warm bananas in tapioca in Mai Pham's Favorite Vietnamese and Thai cookbook
3. Bananas flambe (or just fried bananas) over tapioca instead of ice cream in same cookbook.
(both #2 and 3 can be made with considerably less sugar than cookbook calls for)
Any other ideas?
