Restaurants & Bars 3

A couple of years ago I had a meal at a Spanish restaurant in SF, the entrance to which was on a narrow street, which had restaurants on both sides. I believe that the restaurant was a short distance north and west of Chinatown. THe street was really more of ann alley, as there were no cars, only tables from teh several restaurants. I would like to go again on my next visit, but cannot recall the name. Does anyone have any ideas?
