I'm serving a bunch of tapas to seven friends: ensaladilla rusa, green salad, gambas al ajillo, tortilla de patatas, jamon serrano, olives, salted almonds, grilled squid with garlic and parsley. Also a bowl of ali oli sauce to dip bread, etc. Thinking of also making stuffed pimientos del piquillo, not sure if it's too much food. Suggestions to add other dishes? Eliminate some of the existing ones? What do you think? Drinks: Spanish wines, beer, maybe sangria if I have time to make it.
