Tampa pizza at YPS

Jim Collins | Nov 22, 199902:13 AM

Ybor Pizza and Subs, for anyone who remembers it, has moved to Nebraska avenue at the corner of Osborne in SE Seminole Heights. Not one of the better neighborhoods, but its only open till 8 p.m. now anyway.

I have been a fan of their pizza for longer than I can remember. Maybe I should qualify my remarks by owning up to having a spot at the counter with personalized dents.

The menu still includes full italian style dinners, cuban sandwiches and various ad-ons that reflect the price of vegetables, mood of the cook and customer requests.

Most red-blooded . . . er . . . Tampites probably know this place, but anyone coming down here to watch their team lose to the Bucs might want to hit this place for some first class cheep chow. Good-as-Hell wings especially recommended.
