It's as good as the first few meals I had there several months ago; kept 4 hounds happy.
A salad of firm but tender tandoori chicken with onions, peppers and a light but deep set of spices.
Earthy and moist lamb kebabs.
Black lentils cooked just right in a rich sauce luxuriant with ghee, a dish hard to put away.
The mysore chilli chicken seemed to have a more creamy sauce than I remembered, the curry leaves and fenugreek flavours a little more subtle. Still an elegant combination of flavours.
Spices penetrate the slow cooked lamb well between the tender fibres, the spinach in the creamy sauce cut to delicate softness and cooked to deep emerald.
We didn't see the advertised mix of breads (where was the paratha?) in the naan dominated bread basket, but the naans were a warm and pleasant blend of layered crisp and chew.
