Then when I saw that the Secreto cut was available, i declared, "We've found our protein for dinner tonight."
If you're wondering how to improve pastrami, make it with this pork. I tasted a sample of the Porkstrami and became an instant fan.
Grilled to a rosy pink, the Secreto steak was so tender and full-flavored. The Sardinian sausage, spiked with a modest amount of chile and Middle Eastern spices was also a hit served with grilled peaches and arugula.
I'd love to visit Tails & Trotters store next time I visit.
