My hubby and I are going to Paris in the spring for the first time.(I went when I was 8yrs old, so I don't really think this really counts)I made reservations at Taillevent for Dinner, but I am getting cold feet since it seems that it could cost as much as a mortgage payment from what I have read on this board, etc. Is their any difference between lunch and dinner? We are not big drinkers so wine is not a big deal for us.I am a chef by trade and this would be my first 3 star experience. Is it worth it? I should also add that we will be leaving Paris and driving from Tours through Lyon and down to Nice, over 12 days. Any suggestions and thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
