There are few food phrases that get tossed around more these days than "plant-based." With more of us trying to eat more greens and vegetables it's only natural we'd look for interesting ways to do it, and nobody does that better than the queen of salad herself, Hetty McKinnon.
The Australian-born chef and cookbook author has been experimenting with salad recipes and combinations for two decades and many of her most popular ones can be found in a compendium of cookbooks including "Community" (2015), "Neighborhood" (2017), and her most recent "Family" (2019).
