Tabard Inn brunch

quick report on our Tabard Inn brunch yesterday as we chose Tabard Inn based on some posts here

it was great.....

freshly made donuts, w/ cinnamon sugar and cream - I was fighting my 3 yr old daughter for who would get the last one!

I had 1/2 dozen oysters - wonderfully fresh and clean tasting w/ a nice tart dipping sauce

then I had seafood paella - its was pretty good - not great though

wifey had cuban sandwich - excellent

we sat outdoors and it was a gorgeous day - great way to start a sunday and finish a weekend

service was good, in particular the hostesses who are so snotty at so many places made an excellent first impression and were very welcoming and accomodating
