I just ate at Grand Sichuan on St. Marks place, and it blew me away. Tea-smoked duck, red-cooked spareribs, wonton in hot oil, all of my szechuan favorites. Better than Spicy & Tasty, I thought, in terms of raw materials (esp. the duck). What are the best szechuan places in Flushing, do you think? Szechuan Gourmet is pretty good, but are it and Spicy & Tasty really the final word on szechuan in queens?
