Back in Sydney for a month

Hello CHers. It's been three years since I visited Sydney and posted here.
https://www.chowhound.com/post/weeks-...

Friends have mentioned a few new places to try, e.g. Yellow and Paperbark since I love plant-based cooking. But DH is a real carnivore and I don't limit myself to vegan while traveling. So any suggestions would be appreciated. You'll see from my 2015 post the places we've loved. On this trip we'll probably pass on places like Sepia or Quay, since we've visited both several times and their prices are getting up there. We're open to lunch, dinner and café suggestions. And I will report back - I always do! :)
