Tried Sybil's for lunch today. It's a Guyanese bakery on Church Ave just east of Flatbush. Got the shrimp roti. Although I asked for pepper sauce, it wasn't spicy, and it had big hunks of dry potato throughout. Didn't turn me on. Nio's up the street a couple of blocks is a lot better.
One thing about it though: there are a lot of baked goods there and some of them smell pretty good! Any recommendations on good Guyanese pasrtries worth trying?
