A few weeks ago on a brief trip to NYC I had a solo 5PM lunch at Fatty 'Cue in the Village. I ordered the Deep Fried Bacon which comes with a "sweet spicy salsa". I actually ate half of it (a lot), accompanied by a great glass of Bourbon & some good chat with the bartender. Anyway, here's my question: I have the cookbook but none of the recipes for salsa or sauces sound like they'll make the salsa I had. Does anyone know which recipe in the book refers to that sauce?
