too sweet sparkling wine leftovers...

I brought home a bottle of sparkling wine to go with thai tonight, and ended up with something waaaay too sweet. It's too one dimensional to be a decent dessert wine. But... I hate to throw out a nearly full bottle of anything. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do with it?
