As a frequent business traveler to the Philadelphia suburbs, I was not too long ago directed to an out-of-the-way Japanese restaurant, Sushikazu, in the town of Blue Bell. The restaurant is an island unto itself adjacent to several strip malls and would not have suggested a visit without a prior recommendation. However, after my first visit, it has become a must-go stop whenever I'm in the area. As a frequenter of the NYC sushi dens (Kuruma Zushi being my all-time favorite), I must say that Sushikazu offers by far the freshest and most artfully presented sushi and sashimi I've found in any similarly-sized off-the-beaten-path Japanese restaurant.
I wonder if others share these feelings.
