This is a new-ish sushi place at 204 E 43rd, a block from Grand Central and right across from the marked Hapon and the unmarked Sakagura. It has large windows, and a very spare space, and is pretty expensive. I have walked by lunchtime and in the evening, and most of the places at the sushi bar are either full or have "reserved" markers.
My budget is too tight for this place, but the vibes I get are very good -- 4 kinds of eel, nice soups, large sushi selection. Has anyone been there yet?
If anyone is around, it is probably worth cheking out.
