We are hosting an party in our home and I am looking for recommendations on where to order sushi party trays. This will be for about 20 to 30 people and sushi will not be the main meal, but more like appetizers to be served with other Japanese and Western foods buffet-style.

We live in Unionville, so I would prefer something in that general vicinity, such as J-Town or Zen (prefer to avoid places like T&T which, although cheap, are not the best quality). Does anyone have experience ordering from these?

The guests will mostly be (third-generation) Japanese Canadians and I would like items like makisushi and inari sushi, in addition to ‘raw fish’ sushi. May also be interested in other appetizer-like items, such as chicken karaage, tempura, etc.

Additionally, would like to use disposable dinnerware and I was thinking plastic, disposable bento box-type containers (the kind used for takeout Japanese bento lunches) would be ideal. Does anyone know a good source?

I am in a wheelchair so it is difficult for me to go to stores/restaurants to check these things out, but will get relatives to help me once I know where to look.
